Reliability of network, quality of service and expanding coverage are crucial success factors in the telecommunication industry. We have continuously improved on these three areas.

In 2005 we completed the construction of Esia's networks in 15 cities in West Java and Banten.

On the begining of year 2007, we start to expand our nation-wide network coverage to cover all areas of Indonesia.

In 19 August 2007, Bakrie Telecom launch it's services (Esia & Wifone) in Surabaya and Malang. Followed by Semarang and Solo on 26 August 2007.

 In 6 September 2007, Bakrie Telecom also launch Esia and Wifone services in Medan and Yogyakarta
